Body
- Brookville all-steel body with exposed hinges, working cowl vent, and trunk
- Original grill shell and insert
- Original firewall
- Paint is beautiful black with custom pinstripes.
- Custom cage that ties the quarter panels together, which tightens the body and provides anchors for 3 point seat belts. The belts can be hidden whenever the car is parked.
- Root lien louvered hood
- Leather hood hold-down straps
- 14 gallon gas tank
Mechanical Details
- 350 SBC with an Offenhauser Intake & Edelbrock carb
- MSD ignition and hi-temp plug wires
- Open headers with baffles - made by Geardrive Headers
- Side loader transmission with 40 Ford column shift
- 8" Ford Rear with 3:00 gears (cruises nice at 75 mph)
- Walker radiator with mechanical fan. Never goes above 190 in the Texas heat and traffic.
- Posey Super slider Springs front and rear
- Dropped and drilled forged axle
- So-Cal tube shocks
- Vega cross steer
- Buick finned big drum brakes
- Split '34 front wishbones that have been drilled and sleeved
- Rear has '36 radius rods tied into the Ford axle
- Goodyear dirt track bias ply tires on 15" steel wheels - shaved/rounded for a smooth ride
Interior
- The interior has the original wooden floorboards with custom metal toe boards
- 40 Ford steering wheel
- Custom lift-off top with a back window that zips out for better air flow
- EZ wiring harness with turn signals and emergency flashers
