1978 Ford Bronco 4x4 Massive Lift New 40" Tires/wheels

I bought this last year and the when I did it still had plates on it that had expired in 1999. The tires where torn apart and it wouldn't run. Since then ive put new rims and 40" tires on it, had the entire steering system rebuilt, gas pump and system changed, brake booster rebuilt, etc. They finally got it up and running and they (mechanic) got it to pass emissions! all the work was done by greenway automotive in az.. does smoke a little when you start after sitting for days, I was told that it does smoke upon startup if it hasn't been run in days as it has a valve leak and they were gonna fix that when I did the exhaust but I ran out of money. It is missing the ac unit. don't know if the winch works. thats about all I know.
