1956 Ford F-100 Pick Up Truck

Old Ranch pickup from dry high country in Colorado.Truck is a short bed Ford F-100 in decent condition withfaded original paint and original equipment. Dings and dents all over but still neat old truck in need of total restoration.

I have not waxedjust washed a couple of months ago..The truckbed is in decentcondition but needs new wood. The bedsidewalls and the rolledupper rails do not have any dings or dents and are totally straight...the tail gate has onlyone dent in outside panel just left center and is a little tweaked at the top and was added some time in the past

No rust anywhere except drivers running board and a rust spot the size of a nickel in the corner. The floor on drivers side is in good condition, the photo makes it look in poor condition...Glass is mostly original"fomoco"but have not tried to use side windows as cranks are hard to turn but definitely turnable...windshield has tiny BB hole in it. doors open and shut like new. The gaps betweenhood and fenders is good as are the gaps on thedoors to body...hood opens and shutseasy....truck was never undercoated and decent underside. original interior with good floorswith no holes in floors or in dash....all floors are solid with mostly original paint and some light surface rust only. original head liner is in good condition with one hole on pass. side...The gas tankisingoodcondition and seat still has original upholstery. 272Motor is all original but certain to need rebuild....radiatorisin good condition. Brakes will need to be rebuilt. Transmission is a 4 speed.

Iwas giventhis truck but had to put new tires on it just to move it around as original tires wouldn't hold air...The tires are one month old new from Coker and the rims are in great condition with paint removedwith thin coat of rust inhibitor. The tires were sized using the original Ford owners manual in glove box....I chose the larger of the 2 correct tire sizes for this 1/2 ton truck.

Nice gift but reallyhave no time to work on it so its for sale at reasonable reserve established fromestimate's and recent sales of '56 ford trucks on a variety of sites including ebay...come see the truck here in Las Vegas.Truck is sold "as is where is" with no warranty or guarantee's of any kind as is over 60 yrs old.I highly recommend you look at the truck in person or have a estimator or car guylook at the truck. Truckis stored under three sided canopy. Please ask all questions before bidding...I will let auction as isrun to the end...please no trades.

Forgot to mention I have the original rear bumper in the back of the truck.

Again, the drivers floor is half original paint and half really light surface rust only and kinda stained in color....its as good as the rest of the floor but ugly looking only....the rest of the floor is almost all original black paint...reserve was met...thanks...please only bid only if you are certain to pay and make arrangements to ship and good luck.

Just to be clear, of course the truck does NOT run...just look at it...it probably hasn't run in years and as said in description itis certain to need a rebuild.

Brakes do NOT workeither as said...clutch seems fine and trans.shifts easy. steering is good as well.
