Car description |
---|
Beautiful unmolested original Mustang with very low miles. The interior is pristine. It has been garage kept since I have owned it for the last 9 years. My very first car was a 1989 Mustang like this one but a different color and wanted one back ever since I sold it. I've enjoyed being the keeper of this one for the last 9 years and it is now time to move on. My vehicle family has grown and soon I will not have the garage space for this one and can't let it sit outside in the Florida sun. What is wrong with the car: The ashtray spring finally went (anyone that knows these cars knows it happens) I have the replacement kit. The door lock striker bushingscracked and I took them off to replace them (those are those plastic pieces that are on the door latch). It does not affect the operation of the door but I am disclosing everything. I had bought new ones to put on prior to selling the vehicle but even though I bought them from an online Mustang parts store they came in too big. I might or might not have the correct ones prior to the sale of this vehicle. They cost less than $10.00 for the pair! The door chime had a low chime when I bought the car and finally went out. I have a replacement that I will include with the car. The final thing is the front right fender. It had two rock chips that took off the paint on the top side of the fender. It has never been in an accident and it is the original fender I just needed to fix the two rock chips. In order to make sure that it would not turn into rust and become a bigger problem I had to get the fender painted. I went to the body shop three different days as the sunlight was a little different everyday to make sure that the one we chose would match perfectly. It matched the hood perfectly in my opinion. You can see from the pictures and the video that they did an awesome job. If you have any questions please don't hesitate to ask. If you need a picture of something that I did not provide or need a video of something please do not hesitate to ask. You will be getting an awesome original Mustang that won't disappoint you. Good luck and happy bidding! Someone asked about the matching VIN on the fenders and hood. I removed 3 pics so I can include them. Someone asked about the speedometer, I forgot to mention that the original owner ordered it through the dealership. There is also a quick video on youtube:https://youtu.be/FK7217C3w1c
