Knowing next toNOTHING about computers and bought this, my 1st, about 3 wks agowas maybe why couldn't list right.

I recently had this listed and itSOLD but buyer backed out because of not having self-working wipers but instead a little hand crank inside for,to simply satisfy having a wiper. It's never been driven on wet pavement nor intended to be though wipers wouldn't be expensive to add, or heat with air if desired.

Though a very expensive build, it's a NOSTALGIA HOT ROD, centered more onit's history of performance, unlike street rodsthat's more about justLooking the part andwith modern conveniences.

NOTE:Have beentrying to findif this CustomCoupe National Professional Vintage Race Car was allowed to have an altered wheelbasein the'Gasser' category as stated here or if rather would have been an 'Altered' since they oftendid, but couldn't find anywhere that it couldn't have. In either caseit was very common, as with this car,to have removedheater, wiper motor, bumpers, hood sides if not all of hood, and running boards (this had custom running boards made for itwhen became streetable). And both categories usually had a magneto, eliminating the weightof a generator and battery (as this alsohad before street legal). One notable difference though is 'Gassers'had fenders, as does this, unlike 'Altereds' that didn't so for now a 'Gasser' seems more likely. Of course 'Gassers' were high in the front to aid weight transfer but this has been changed tonow sit very low.
