1984 FORD F-250 6.9 IDI. DIESEL XLATS TURBOCHARGER4X4C6 AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION3.55 AXLE RATIOS8500 LB WARREN WINCHA/C BLOWS COLDFuel injection pump and fuel injectors are from a 7.3 IDI.
Needs vrv vacuum regulating valve mounted back on injection pump and vacuum lines hooked up to make transmission shift smoother.
Transmission pan gasket leaks oil
Has a new oil cooler on engine but rolled the O-ring putting it back together so still has engine oil in the coolant. Needs to be resealed and oil flushed out of cooling system.
Engine has some blow by. Has some engine oil leaks.
Overall condition of the truck is good for its age. Drives good just shifts hard without vacuum regulating valve hooked up.
