Car description |

What it has: Genuine Ford steel body. Reproduction Model A frame 2X3 boxed
32 "Deuce" 16 gallon gas tank frame widened,
FITECH 400HP Throttle Body Fuel injection with under frame fuel pump. The handheld computer is included as well as paperwork. Works good. If wanted I will throw in the old carburetor. Mustang II style front end with 11 inch Granada brakes. Corvette L98 engine with Edelbrock intake manifold, roller rockers and good compression and a turbo 350 transmission. The rear end is a 86 Jaguar XJ6 2.88 ratio with new pads and good rotors and hubs. New aluminum radiator.
Triumph TR6 front seats, which tilt to access rear seat which is a Chevy Suburban 3rd row and is removable. The custom two-tone interior has a gray tweed like center inserts with black vinyl trim. The same is on the doors and rear side panels. The headliner is the same gray. Seats have new padding and webbing.
Steel roof, padded and is covered with repro vinyl from Battlefield Ford and all the upper wood such as header and side rails were replaced with correct oak. It was an expensive kit but well worth it.
Body channeled 4 inches with 18 Gauge steel floor with frames and the sills were internally framed for strength. The doors were skinned, steel panel replacements installed and in some areas leaded as needed. The hood was hand built out of 18 Gauge and nicely louvered. The steel dash custom built with all new gauges, and new electronic speedo not programmed, as I don't really have a measured mile nearby. GPS App on the phone works fine.
Back to the engine with Sanderson hugger headers with matching high heat "chrome" powder coated down pipes and nice sounding side pipes
Paint Hot Rod Black
Steering was made to fit to clear exhaust, no bumps. The brake booster is under floor, Vintage Air, evaporator/heater core and fan control already installed and is ready for compressor and condenser etc. Firewall fittings also installed
Some of what is new this year: water pump, alternator and starter, other items recently installed in addition to the radiator, fan, brake booster and master and all window regulators and rails that work as well as all new glass. Too many other things to list such as the "bull bellow horn" and the original Ford Model A hood ornament. The interior of the doors, side panels and the rear have had "hushmat" style sound proofing installed and the doors have a very nice "thunk" when closed. Included are Locar floor shifter, electronic distributor and an Optima AGM battery behind the rear seat which folds forward and is removable for access to the floor hatch where you can get to the gas tank pickup and sending unit. Also has a 2 inch frame mounted hitch receiver. 15 inch fronts and 16 inch rears gives it a nice low stance but clears speed bumps easily.
Needs:
Windshield cracked by me. New replacement glass included.
Reproduction chrome windshield motor and wiper included and needs to be installed when glass replaced.
Front of hood has a filler crack that needs to be sanded and filled. Hot Rod Black paint to touch up is included.
Lots of photos and a video of me driving.
Clean Florida title in my name, currently insured and registered. Car is listed on C****slist. Car may sell at anytime and this listing pulled. The wife (teapotlady21) loves the car but is skittish about driving it. This was a 5 year project starting with a bare Ford body shell I bought in NC. Time for me to move on to other activities.
