1970 Ford Mustang Fastback. Numbers matching 302 motor and manual transmission. Original build sheet. Completely stock 302 2V motor. Original carb and manifold. Power steering. Untouched low mile original survivor. Three owners since new. Great running and driving Mustang.
MOTOR / TRANSMISSION- Numbers matching 302 2V motor and manual transmission. Low miles on rebuilt motor. At the time of the motor rebuild a new clutch, pressure plate, and throw out bearing was installed. The original carburetor was recently professionally rebuilt. The manual transmission shifts well. The transmission and axle were just serviced with new gear oil. New Champion aluminum radiator, water pump, thermostat, electronic ignition, Interstate heavy duty battery, voltage regulator, temp sender, gas tank, fuel sender. Fresh complete tune up including new; plugs, wires, oil change, belts, radiator hoses, remove and replace transmission and axle oil and coolant. Meticulous maintenance history. Complete new dual exhaust with h-pipe. The car always starts up immediately. No leaks. The motor runs great with plenty of power.
INTERIOR- The interior over all is in excellent condition and mostly original. The original front seats and rear seat upholstery is in excellent condition with no rips or damage. The dash is in mint condition with no cracks. All gauges work thanks to a new instrument cluster circuit board I just had installed along with new voltage reducer and dash light bulbs. The headliner still looks like new. The visors are excellent. Nice Mustang rubber mats. The original door and interior panels are in very good condition. Original working Philco radio. The heater works well. Every thing works including, blinkers, brake lights, dash lights, speedometer, wipers, ect.
PAINT/BODY- Very solid and dry car. The car has received one window out paint job in its original color. New front windshield and seal. The rest of the glass is original. At the time of the repaint many of the body/window seals ere replaced. The is in good condition say for a few minor scratches, rock chips, imperfections, ect. Perfect front and rear bumpers. The car has no accident history. The door and body lines are excellent. At the time the car was repainted, the car was upgraded with a hood scoop, rear spoiler, louvers, and front air dam. I just had a new driver side floor panel professionally installed at a cost of $1000.00. The under side of the Mustang is rust free. The floors, inner/outer rockers, frame, torque boxes, ect are all in excellent condition. The aluminum body and window trim is in good condition.
OTHER- New Coker red line radial tires. New magnum 500 wheels. New Monroe shocks front and rear included (not installed). Original spare tire rim, manual, jack, and lug wrench. Updated two circuit master cylinder. Original keys fit all locks. The brake system was completely rebuilt in the last couple years.
This Mustang overall is in very good condition. This car runs and drives great and is very reliable. Perfect daily driver/weekend cruiser at local car shows. I will be happy to assist with shipping.
