For sale: 1967 Mustang Convertible. I bought her to restore but I just don't have the time any more. My son is 6 and I haven't had the time to do much with it her since he was born. She is a C series. The vin supposedly matches the engine and rear end but I haven't checked. She shipped with a Canadian title and spent the first few of her years around Michigan. More recently she has been living throughout the Midwest. most recently Missouri. I did some minor body work (fiberglass and bondo. under 4 square inches in the entire body) on the quarter panels. Afterwards the whole body was repainted (two stage) to candy apple red. I also had her detailed about the same time. I also did some work replacing a few of the rubber gaskets. seals. hoses. etc. The only real modernization I made was replacing the distributor cap for electronic ignition. I also replaced the alternator (bad contacts). voltage regulator and battery. The top was also either serviced or replaced about 12 years ago. The drivers side floor panel was also replaced at some point. She is low mileage. mechanically sound and in beautiful shape. Not only does this auction include the car herself but just about all of the extra needed to finish the old gall off. This includes rubber seals. gaskets. rims. chrome. the fabric to line the trunk and a whole lot more. Galleries for those that requested more photos: 1 2 3
