This 1979 Ford F-150 Custom with Explorer trim package would be an absolute beauty in capablehands!Original interior, paint, Explorer decals and hood ornament. Runs well,V8-302cid engine, automatic, 2-wheel drive, straight body, odometer has rolled over and reads 960.5 (The title is marked odometer exempt).New brakes in October 2017.
History:Only 3 owners. Bought new in California by an older gentleman who took good care of it. When he passed, his family sold it to a mutual acquaintance who had it for a few months and did some minor repairs before selling it to us in 2014. It has been driven prettyregularly since we bought it in 2014, mostly intown, but with someinterstate driving as well.Known issues: A/C needs work; it does not cool. Some power steering fluid leakage. Odometer has rolled over since we owned it and now sits at 960.5. Title is marked "odometer exempt." I can not guarantee it hadn't rolled over before we owned it. The gas gauge is stuck on E.Driver's side upholstery has a small tear on the lower back. Included original floor mat is faded blue and has a hole on driver's side.
Moderatechipping andpeeling paint with some light rust where the paint is gone (visible in pictures).A couple of small, shallow (maybe penny sized) dents, and one more significant dent on the chrome aroundthe driver's side headlight (pictured). The passenger side of the windshield has a "star" where it looks like a rock hit. It's quarter to half dollar sized (pictured). An interior piece of the driver's side door is broken off (pictured), but I havethe pieces (pictured set in place). Please feel free to contact me. I would be happy to answer any questions or provide more details orpictures.
