1979 Ford F-150 explorer Edition 2WD. V8 302 C-4 Automatic trans. Power steering. Power disc brakes. Tilt wheel. Plaid survivor cloth seat. A/C truck but no compression. Found in Southwest Oklahoma. Salt free part of the state. Truck was parked since 1995. Truck runs and drives good but engine has a piston slap (knock) when cold. Goes away when warm. We drove this truck weekly runs and drives like a 40 year old truck. Doesn't leak or burn oil 50 psi cold 15-20 psi on 90 degree day. One of the more solid original paint survivors you will find. Dual exhaust. Truck still needs attention but is road worthy. Trans shifts good breaks work great steering is tight. Has seen work but not a ratty truck at all.
