Car description |

For sale is a 1963 Ford Econoline van, this is my 3rd vintage Econoline and by far the nicest. The previous owner did an amazing job of body, paint, interior restoration including new door weather strips, windshield and back window rubber gaskets and a great set of tires and wheels, all taking place within the last 5 years.
I purchased the van 2 years ago and focused my attention on being proactive on mechanical updates to ensure a safe and fun driving experience.
Those updates included rebuilt carburetor, rebuilt steering gearbox, tie rods, drag link, front leaf springs and shocks, electronic ignition, brake master cylinder, aluminum radiator, electric fan, new clutch and Air Conditioning and new battery this past January.
All lights, wipers, heater, horn, turn signals work as they should.
All doors lock with key from exterior and can be unlocked from inside as well.I also installed 3 point seat belts for drivers and passenger seats for added safety.
I took the time to search out and fix a couple of small rattles and then added sound deadening mat to inside of both front doors to eliminate tinny sound when closing doors
The dog house was disassembled painted inside and out, then all panels reassembled sealed and a good quality rubber gasket installed for the lid
Large vintage Therm-a-Chest cooler included, great for storing miscellaneous stuff
The van originally came from So Cal and has been garaged since I purchased it.
If anyone is wondering...I have over $30,000 invested
There seems to be some interest on eBay, if you have any questions or want additional pictures you can contact me through the "Contact seller" link
I have purchased 3 vehicles through eBay and have had a great experience with all of them!
Thank you for your interestHave a great day, Steve
