1962 Ford Thunderbird Base Hardtop 2-Door 6.4L

1962 Ford Thunderbird. I think one of the coolest design styles Ford made. The interior design is still contemporary to this day and throw in the funky swing away steering column for easy entrance and you have a flowing look that screams the 60s. This car runs and drives but has not had much use in the last few years. The older paint work is starting to show a little wear here and there. and a little rust turning up on the back panel behind the rear glass. The bottom of the car is still for the most part solid. what little rust there is I have pictured. The front and rear bumpers have some dings and mis-alignment. Engine compartment is really clean as is the 390 CI engine. Really sporty red interior is in good condition with exception of drivers seat bottom. Give this car a good scrubbing and some detail work and It would be an awesome daily driver. survivor looking car that still will turn some heads. These things look great lowered with 17" or 18" Wheels. This car is not presently a "show car" by any means but is still presentable and has great potential.
