Up for sale fully Restored 1965 Mustang Fastback Shelby GT350 tribute ! This is a great Mustang that will turn a lot of heads! Body: This Mustang was completely restored a few years ago and has been garage kept ever since! Driven sparingly and only on sunny days. The body was completely repainted in CandyApple Red base coat clear coat 2 stage with white Lemans Shelby stripes and the Shelby R-model front apron. The rear window has been tinted to continue the Lemans stripes down the back of the car. The finned rear light panel was a vintage accessory that can easily be removed if you preferred the stock rear panel. Clear title with no history / signs of previous accidents. Mechanical: Originally a C-code 289 2bbl car which has been upgraded with an aluminum intake. Holley 4bbl carb. electronic ignition headers and dual exhaust. The engine runs perfect and has very good power. It is a very fun car to drive. The transmission shifts flawless. All the suspension . steering and brakes have been completely rebuilt. The car steers. stops and brakes like it should. The wheels are 16” aftermarket wheels with lower profile tires. All 4 tires are in excellent shape. I would not be afraid to hop in it and drive it anywhere even across the country. Interior: The interior has been completely restored. New dash pad with the 65 Shelby gauge pod which has separate tach and oil pressure gauge. All gauges and lights work on the car. The upholstery has all been redone and have no rips are tears. New carpet. floor mats and door panels. All interior panels were repainted. Fold-down seat and the trap door work properly and chrome in nice shape. The one non stock feature is the upgraded stereo CD player…. Much better than the original AM Radio.
