Car description

I am a dealer and also a car/truck enthusiast. I love cars and trucks. This truck was donated to a local auction and I bought it from the auction. I don't know the previous owner, or how it came to be donated. I jump started it, put in some fuel and drove it back to my dealership. It drives excellent, runs and shifts great, tires have lots of tread (almost new). It had an old shell or camper thing on the bed and I took it off. I had the red paint buffed out and it looks very sharp. No known rust on the body. I would guess the shell has been on it a long time, if not, since it was new. The truck is all stock. The bed is very clean inside as well. I just did an oil change. This truck has factory V8 5.0L 302 engine, power windows and locks, working a/c, tilt steering and it has the upgraded XLT trim. The hood has some clear coat coming off (looks good when buffed), there is a spot on the back of the cab that needs to be touched up, where the topper has rubbed off the paint over the years, it also has one good sized ding in the bed (see pics). I has a rebuilt title from accident in 2005. The autocheck report states left front impact with another vehicle. I don't see any signs of structural issues or odd gaps. I do suspect that fender and the hood have been repainted. The truck lists 4 owners, but also says it was in the same city it's whole life. Again, I wish I knew more about the truck. I am listing it exactly how I got it, (missing mud flap and all!). This is a true no reserve auction. Please bid to buy!!! These short bed v8 well optioned trucks are the next classics! Buy one now, while they are still affordable. If you want more specific pics I can send them. I can issue you a permit if you want to fly and drive, or I can get you inexpensive shipping. Thanks! Again NO RESERVE.
