This sale is for a 1989 Ford Escort LX Hatchback. This vehicle is in great shape. Vehicle does run and drive however after a long drive ( 35-45 minutes ) on the highway when getting off vehicle tends to overheat. We did not and will not be diagnosing the issue since we are posting the vehicle for sale as it sits. We are leaving the repairs to be made by the buyer. This vehicle was previously purchased from auction and will not be coming with a title since the state of connecticut does not issue titles for vehicles older than 20 years old. This vehicle will be coming with previous registration and a bill of sale from us. We have inspected the vehicle for safety and everything meets Connecticuts safety requirements. · Mileage reflects odometer reading when vehicle is put on lot for sale.

· We will not bring vehicle to other shops for inspection, all inspections must be done in house, we will be more than happy to reserve a bay for someone to come and inspect vehicle.

· Please get pre-approval for sale amount before purchase if financing vehicle.

· If seller is outside of the state of Connecticut, sales tax will not be collected.

· Buyer is required to complete release document before vehicle is picked up for shipping.
