31 Model A Ford Highboy Roadster

Description

Custom built 1931 Roadster.
Brand new chassis consisting of a 1932 boxed frame (pinched for a Model A), Model A front cross member, four link rear, with coil overs, split wishbones, 46” wide 4” dropped and drilled front axle, posi spring, 41 Ford spindles with new bushings and kingpins, 41 hydro brakes with finned aluminum covers, dropped steering arms, all new tie rods, Vega box, and shortened 8.5 rear ended with 342 posi, finned aluminum brakes, with custom finned rear end cover, master cylinder, and clutch with pedals installed.
Body is all ORGINAL Henry, except deck lid which is a Brookville. The doors are rust free, as is the cowl sides, firewall, subfloors, the rear is pretty match rust free except what I was gonna trim in the wheel wells to flow with the 32 frame. The gas tank is ORGINAL and in solid shape, ( I would still seal as it is 87 years old). All floors have been installed, including the rear with the kickup for the 32 frame. The rumble seat is still usable. The car does have a excellent patina under the existing paint. Lights are 32 Comercial on a custom built light bar. Grill and shell are new 32 Vintique.
Interior is a mini van seat, but I will include rust free front and rumble seat frames (springs). Steering column is a custom dropped 40 ford with bearings installed and matching reproduction wheel.
Driveline Is consisting of Chevy small block 383 stroker, 10-1 compression, consisting of all forged eagle internals, 202 heads, performer rpm cam, Mellings high volume oil pump, gear drive, weiand 6x2 intake with Holly 94s, and Speedway AHC lakester headers. Motor has been ran and broke in, but will need to be finish installed. Also has custom aluminum radiator.Transmission is a t-10 4 speed with a custom Hurst shifter and hydo throw out bearing. Trans will need clutch re-installed.(I have).
Wheels and tires are Wheel Vintiques with reproduction Ford caps. Tires are Coker bias.

Mainly the car is 90% finished and just requires minor things like wiring and plumbing. I have too many man hours in it to list. I just don’t have the time to finish and can’t stand seeing it sit. Any questions please give me a call at 513-807-4488
