Known Issues:
Radio antenna mounted in the rear window does not receive a strong signal (I use a satellite radio, so this never bothered me). The LED odometer display which is built into the VDO speedometer gauge intermittently fades. Like many old vehicles, some water does seep in around the windshield and cowl vent in rain events.

Vehicle Inspection: I encourage potential bidders/buyers to inspect the vehicle. Inspections must be conducted prior to completion of this auction. The vehicle is available for inspection at any reasonable time. Please allow for a 24 hour advance notice for a vehicle inspection. It is the responsibility of the buyer to have thoroughly inspected the vehicle, and to have satisfied himself or herself as to the condition and value based solely upon that judgment.I will assume you have inspected this vehicle to your full liking if you place a bid.
Warranty: This vehicle is being sold "as is" and where is with all faults and possible defects. There is no warranty of any kind associated with this vehicle.
Vehicle Transportation: Buyer is responsible for shipping and/or pickup of the vehicle. All shipping charges are the buyer's responsibility.It is the buyer's responsibility to properly insure the vehicle prior to taking delivery. Seller is not responsible for any damage that may occur to the vehicle during or after delivery.
Payment Information: I require a non-refundable $1,000 deposit within twenty-four (24) hours of the auction closing. If the deposit is not received within the required timeframe and alternative arrangements are not made, I reserve the right to make the vehicle available for sale to another buyer. The vehicle will not be released and the title will not be transferred until full payment is received and cleared. If you pay cash, you can pick the vehicle up immediately. If you pay by bank check, you may take delivery of the vehicle once the funds clear.
Miscellaneous: I reserve the right to cancel any and all bids and/or end the auction early in the event the vehicle is sold prior to the end of the auction. I shall not be held liable for such cancellations.
