Offered for sale. A 1930 Ford Model A speedster. The body on this speedster was handcrafted from steel. This is not a perfectly restored garage queen. It is a very nice presentable vehicle that is ready for you to add the personal touches that will make it your own. The tires have a bit of checking but they are solid and have plenty of tread. The engine runs well. I had the pan off and the bottom end is in good shape. The baffle in the exhaust is removable if you like a big sound. With the baffle in the engine sounds just right. Hoses and clamps are new. Waterpump was repacked. The 12-volt alternator is new. The speedometer does not work. It has a new battery. The carburetor is a special Model A replacement carb. The engine cranks up instantly, runs fine but does make a little smoke. The transmission shifts easily. I had the clutch disc out and it is like new. The clutch itself functions well without chattering. The brakes are Model A brakes so what can I tell you. The car will stop. The body has lots of little extras that make it stand out as a unique piece. The pictures speak for themselves. The car is reasonably priced withalow reserve. Thanks, Jerry
