No frills hot rod that is very reliable. starts easily and drives down the road straight and true. Truck is solid. I would not be afraid to drive it anywhere. very dependable. Below are details of all that has been done to the truck. If you meet the reserve I will ship the truck for FREE! Body Truck was not overly rusty but some patch panels were required. Cab corners replaced. but not all was repaired to keep with a rustic look. New steel floor and doghouse. Painted with Hot Rod Flatz Satin Black paint. Paint intentionally has a few runs and orange peel to keep the rustic look. Firewall is painted Antique White and has new cowl lacing. Vin tag is on firewall. matches title. Titled as 1934 Ford Pickup. Doors open and close solid. Bed is plywood. but antiqued with a black stain. Antique white and gloss black pinstriping by Donny Blades on grill shell. cowl vent. cab. dash and tailgate. Tail gate is new and decorated with a gold leaf 'Voodoo' graphic and functional by removing four bolts. Rear window is new 1/4" plexi-glass. no door glass but channels and mechanisms are there and the windshield is chopped aluminum frame with new tempered glass. Windshield tilts open. Visor was grafted in (not by me) and is ok. they could have did a better job. Cowl vent functions as it should. Drivers side chrome peep mirror. New steel 32 grill shell and stainless insert with new lacing. Original 32 headlights converted to halogen with integrated turn signals. 37 taillights with blue dot lenses. Gas tank is in the bed and covered with a custom made chicken box (to go with voodoo theme) with a hinged lid for access to the tank. Sending unit is in the tank but not hooked up. Drivetrain SBC 350 . engine was rebuilt. Reconditioned rods. reconditioned heads. new pistons/rings. all bearings/gaskets. mild Cam/lifter and timing set. Intake is a Edelbrock Performer RPM with a Holley 600 w/ electric choke. Mallory HEI Distributor. Custom lake headers with internal baffles. All hoses/belts. water pump. fuel pump all new. Engine is basically a stock SBC with a mild cam and headers. Polished aluminum finned valve covers and breather. chrome water neck. chrome water pump and chrome pulleys. Transmission is stock 700r4 with new tranny cooler. All cooled with a new chopped 32 aluminum radiator with oil cooler(not hooked up). Chassis All new 2x4 custom chassis. Posie springs front and rear. New brakes all four corners and brake lines and proportioning valves. New Ididit steering column. u-joints. draglink and steering arms. Reconditioned steering box with no play. Rear end is a 9" Ford. 3. 55 gear with posi. Juice brakes all around and are new. 46 Ford front axle hand dropped 4". Early Ford bent radius rods and chrome spring perches. Chassis Engineering shocks front and rear. Wheels are 40 Ford 16" wrapped in new Firestone Champion 750's and 550's painted Antique White with original chrome 40 caps. 6 circuit fuse panel and new wires used to power everything. InteriorPainted satin black. Dash pinstriped in antique white and gloss black and secured with chrome bullets. Seats is out of a Dodge mini van with new black cover. Original door and window crank handles. Limeworks 4 bar sprint car wheel. old spoon gas pedal. Hurst auto shifter. vintage Stewart Warner gauges(speedo. water & oil) and they all function correctly. Battery on/off switch and push button start in dash. Turn signal and headlight switch also mounted in dash. Battery is mounted in the bed and has a steel cover secured with two bolts. Industrial conveyor belt used to cover the floor and was a bitch to install. New rear view mirror with authentic Voodoo doll.
