Check out this beautiful 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback built to resemble the famous Bullitt movie car driven by Steve Mcqueen in the movie Bullitt, this car is over the top! Originally owned by a gentleman in the marine core for many years. He decided he wanted to restore it and tore it all down. He got overwhelmed with the restoration and sold it to Dakota Classic Mustangs in South Dakota. They bought the car and brought it back to their shop where the build started. This high-end rotisserie restored 1968 Ford Mustang Fastback Bullitt re-creation has been restored to the very highest exacting standards. It was stripped down to bare metal, sealed, block sanded, and finished off using a 2-Stage Highland Green paint. Under the hood sits a Ford 390ci FE V8 which was completely rebuilt from top to bottom by a Ford Master Mechanic. Power is sent through a brand new low profile TKO 5-Speed Manual Transmission and Completely Rebuilt Posi 9" Rear End. All New Brakes from front to back (Lines, Booster, Master, Calipers, Drums, Etc. ALL NEW. All brand-new interior down to the socking inside of the seats. Seats rebuilt from top to bottom. Every item including every nut, bolt and washer has been replaced, refurbished or reconditioned. This car has modern upgrades including modern power steering, modern air conditioning, Dakota Digital Dash, radial tires, and upgraded suspension.
