Stk 2372 1947 Ford Pickup Hot Rod This 1947 Ford pick-up is a traditional Hot Rod in the true sense. The all-steel body and bed (repainted in 2008) are channeled over the frame and a dropped front axle gives the pick-up a great stance. The interior (original bench seat) and dash with new 'vintage look' gauges have been nicely redone and fit the truck's objective to a tee. Horsepower is provided by a 350ci Chevy small-block that was totally rebuilt in 2008. It is equipped with a mild cam single-plane aluminum intake and 600CFM Holley. An early '30s Ford grille shell houses the all-aluminum radiator. The transmission is a GM350 TurboHydramatic backed by a 10-bolt differential with 3.08:1 gearing. Original DC electrics have been replaced with a 12-volt alternator package. Hydraulic front discs/rear drums provide stopping power. Steel wheels (widths - 6"f/8"r) complete the chassis. This Hot Rod was built to drive. Why not become the new owner and have some fun? ALL VEHICLES SOLD "AS IS".
