For Sale: 1979 F250 with rebuilt 83' 4BT cummins. It will be a sad day when she sells. This truck has been my daily driver for about 3 years now. I have put around 20,000 miles since I did the cummins swap. Only selling because of a future expanding family. Down to business: Drive train- 83' 4BT Cummins, NP-205 5 speed manual transmission to ford transfer case. Cummins is intercooled with twin electric fan and a HX30W Holset turbo. Stock injectors. Strait 4" exhaust. Custom ammo box air filter housing with k&n air filter. Truck was painted in OCT 2015 Ford "Midnight blue". Some rust is creeping back. Frame is flawless and under coated. Towing bracket. In the last year I have replaced windshield, replace hub locks, 4x4 works great, new battery. Dana 44 front and Dana 60 rear. I believe 4-10 gears. 4" rough country lift on 33" BF Goodwinch All Terrains. This trucks gets 20 mph all day no matter how you drive it. Duel tanks could easily be converted to a veggi truck. This trucks turns heads where ever she goes. Sounds like a tractor.
