Car description

4 door, long bed (8ft) 460 v8 (gas) dual tank. NEW: water pump, alternator, plugs, wires, belts, hoses, cap and rotor, head light switch, air filter, transmission filter, fluid and gasket, fan clutch, pvc valve.Interior is very clean. Seats have always had covers.140,000 miles4x4 (locking hubs)AutomaticElectric doors and front windows
Pros: Runs great and shifts smooth for big truck. Has capacity to tow just about anything. Bench seats. Clean interior minus driver door panel which arm rest is deteriorated. Runs well. Registered till April 2018. Just passed smog. The front axle is a DANA 60 Kingpin front axle that is very hard to find and desired. No rush on body or frame ( California truck its whole life)
Cons: Not a diesel which most people look for in these trucks. Trucks bed has been beat up over the years but works and functions fine. Paint is deteriorating. Power steering hose is leaking at steering box fitting. Tried to replace hose but finding part has been very difficult. A/c needs to be repaired. Looks like hoses have just deteriorated over time. Has as slight tick sound that you can not hear when idle only on the freeway (Possible Exhaust leak or lifter adjustment) common for these truck I have read online
This is a great truck for someone who wants an older truck that has a lot of potential. The quad cab truck are getting harder to find. This truck has been in his family since it was new. His grandpa bought it new in 1991. Then he purchased it from him a year and a half ago. He did a lot of repairs and maintenance. He put about $2500 into this himself with all the above repairs.
