Car description |

Here's your chance at a true California classic car with the original California 60's black and yellow plates. For sale is this 1963 1/2 Ford Falcon Futura convertible. Engine is a bored out 302 V8, dual exhaust, with a 4 barrel Edelbrock carburetor. The 4 on the floor shifts smooth and she really moves when you drop it down into 2nd while you thrown back comfortably in the bucket seats. Plus, the Cragar SS wheels give a good stance on the road.
I started this project nearly 10 years ago and have overhauled nearly everything on the car. Started with the upholstery, then the body, and have continuously worked on the mechanics. Rebuilds include the transmission, shifting linkage, clutch, exhaust, and the top, front, and bottom end of the engine. Valves were just freshly calibrated and timing is perfect. Sounds and drives great. Runs well enough to be a daily driver at this point.
Lots of extras come with the car, including unused new parts, original kick plates (in case you want to go back to not having speakers), and the original hubcaps (3 of the 4, one was stolen, hence the upgrade to the Cragar's), books, and repair manuals/books. Plus, years of paperwork from myself and the 2 other owners.
Time to live that California dream and drive the PCH with the top down!
