Up for bid is a 1974 Ford Wedge Bed car hauler. It has a 390 automatic with an C6 transmission. Motor has just under 69,000 original miles. It does have its good and bad points. The bad..... drivers side floor has some rust issues. Small hole (pictured) near the far left of the drivers side floor. The gas gauge is sketchy. It works when it wants to. I always just fill up before every trip. Air Conditioning does not work. Radio does not work. Interior dash lights do not work. Tool cabinets on the side of the bed have some rust on the floors. Tires are in ok condition, but will be needing new before long. That's about it for the down side. The good. This truck is very reliable! I've had it on trips over 200 miles one way, loaded. Most all highway traveling. It has a 16 foot bed with 2 ramps that tuck up underneath. Has 4 spots on the bed (2 on each side) fabricated chalk inserts. The metal tire chalks slide into them with a security bolt. Has 2 big double door locking tool cabinets on each side of the bed. Wench battery hookup is located on the passenger side. Toggle switch inside the cab turns on lights inside the tool cabinets. Comes with a wench. Has two spots at the top of the bed to hook ratchet straps to, and I hook two more in the rear under the bed.I built removable stake bed sides for it. Pictured. 7 different sections. Two on each side, one across the front, and two rear doors. Made it that way so I could put on / take off by myself. Its a very nice option to be able to haul more than just cars. This this is just a cool old work horse. Gets a lot of thumbs up, especially when I have a old school ride on the back.Any questions please feel free to ask.Truck is located in Canton Ohio. 10 minutes South of the Pro Football Hall of Fame. Buyer is responsible for pick up.If you wish to see the truck before bidding arrangements can be made. Thanks!
