It is VERY RARE as only 35,105 Thunderbird Landau Special Hardtops were built in 1966, the LAST and BEST year of the 4th generation Thunderbirds !! We recently purchased this Thunderbird from the son of the previous older Oregon owner who had owned it for many years and as you can tell in the pictures and video it was his pride and joy !! He was a member of the Northwest Vintage Thunderbird Club which is also affiliated with the "Bird Nest", the foremost Thunderbird specialists on the West Coast. It still retains it's correctly mounted - FACTORY ORIGINAL - driver's door mounted Ford data / VIN tag - FACTORY ORIGINAL - trunk lid mounted jacking instruction sticker and it's - ORIGINAL - 1966 Thunderbird owner's manual, all of which are shown in several pictures.
