1968 Mustang Convertible. 3 speed 289. Fresh rebuild. Solid body. Rangoon Red

For sale today is a very desirable 1968 Ford Mustang Convertible. This car has been a daily driver for many years until recently taken off the road for a complete restore. Previous owner decided to insert a freshly rebuilt 289 engine to add some power. Engine has minimal miles on it since rebuild. She drives great and original 3 speed shifts as it should.

Some body work was done through the years. The exterior body has virtually NO RUST anywhere on her. Nice body from front to back. Only a small scratch, ding or repair is y evident. The doors are original, and underside is in good shape. May need a slight adjustment but doors open and close fine. Trunk drops are good with only a little trunk repair done a while back. Not a perfect car, but a good price for a classic driver.
Gauges work. Lights work. Seats are intact but fabric could use cleaning/recovering. The soft top frame is in tact. It opens and closes fine. We bought a brand new tan top for this car with the rare SPLIT REAR-GLASS rear window, but not yet installed on the frame. There has been some floor work through the years. There are new FRONT seat pans and some REAR seat area work with a little more work needed in spots but overall most everything is still original.
