Classic Car 1966 Ford Mustang coupe w/AC runs drives steers stops great

This is a very nice 1966 Mustang. The car runs great... just start and takeoff. The only reason my son is selling is he is going to get a new pickup and at some point he wants a 69-70 Malibu SS. To my knowledge this car has been in Arizona for the last 20-22 years. The air conditioner works great. Radiator (4 core, similar to origina, record heat in march 2017,) ran cool, worked great in 2 1/2 hr parade in 105 degrees. Transmissio, rear end , all good, steering normal for its age. front tires new (7 months old 250 miles, maybe ) lot of tread on back tires, but are a few years old.
