You are bidding on a 1949 Ford 2 Door Sedan - "Resto Rod". A "Real Driver" not a "Trailer Queen"Specifications:- Steel Body only repairs required were replace both rocker panels and minor rust patch to floor area drivers seat. Balance of floors and trunk area were found to be solid requiring prime and paint only. Skim Coat filler only during the Block Sanding.- Paint - Dupont Black Base/Clear Acrylic Enamel with Traditional Flames laid out and painted. Wet sanded and polished.- Glass - All replaced with Solex Safety & Tinted, "V" Butt Windshield, Original back window. New Rubbers and felts.- Chassis - Nova Clip installed. - Front end rebuilt completely, New control arm bushings and tie rods. - Power Steering. - Disc Brakes. - GM 10 Bolt differential rebuilt with 3:73 Gears (non Posi), new drums/shoes. On new leaf springs and shocks.- Drive Train - Engine Rebuilt Chevy 350 cu. in. with 194 Heads, RV Cam, Edelbrock intake with 650cfm Holley, New HEI Dist. - Transmission - Rebuilt turbo 350, with shift kit, 2000 stall convertor. SFI Flex plate.- Four Core Radiator. - (never runs over 165F)- Steel Wheels with "Wide Whitewalls" and NOS stainless hubcaps.- Interior - New, done as original mohair with wool carpet. New Door panels and Headliner. Trunk is upholstered same in black nylon carpet.- All Stainless professionally polished. New gaskets and LED lights. New re-chrome Bumpers. Dummy Spots with lights for effect.- Tilt GM Column with Grant Wheel.- Hidden Stereo (glove box) with MP3 player.This car is a excellent driver, built with all new parts.
