For sale is a very nice 1970 Mustang Mach1. This is a one -of -one car according to Kevin Marti. It is a California car that still has the California emissions housing attached to the fuel tank. It is a Q code car and does have a 428ci engine that has a date code of 9A. It is one of only 320 built with the close ratio 4-speed. The I.D. numbers are as follows: Transmission RUG-AZ; Intake manifold C8OZ-9425-C; Cylinder heads C8OE-N date code 9A14; Engine date code 9A. The carburetor is a new re-issue of the original carb. One of the rare options is the seat backs have release solenoids in them that are made to unlock when the doors are opened. I couldn't get them to work, but they are there. The paint is a little older but cleans up and shows very well. This is a very nice driver quality car or can be taken to local car shows. The mileage shown is what is currently on odometer but cannot be verified. The underneath of the car is un-restored but very solid. It has a Ford 9-inch nodular differential and the tag is in the pictures as is the Marti report.
