Description

1970 Ford Bronco Sport Welcome to AdventureMotorCar's online listing. You are looking at a 1970 Ford Bronco Sport model. This is a nice. well-optioned Bronco that runs and drives as good as it looks. You will notice that this vehicle has been well cared for over the past forty five years. The dealer that I bought this vehicle from purchased it from the widow of the original owner (who was also the owner of the small town FORD dealership). This project began with an untouched. uncut. original Bronco with faded paint. aged interior. and very little rust. Options Include: 302 V-8 engine. 3-speed manual transmission. Sport package (complete with chrome front and rear bumper. chrome side body moldings. chrome window gasket trim. etc. ). and much more. The refurbishing included new paint job. new seat covers and foam. new door panels. new headliner. new dash. new window gaskets. new door weather stripping. new chrome front and rear bumpers. new chrome body trim. new lighting package. new reflectors. new interior tire carrier. new door hinges. new window felt. new hubcaps. new brakes. new exhaust. new shocks. new tires. new plugs. new wires. new distributor cap. new battery. and more! The exterior is in great condition. The wheels and hubcaps look great and the tires are new. We researched the color and found that it was originally painted 'hot ginger poly' (as seen on the interior) and we repainted the exterior to match. In addition. we painted the roof and wheels the correct white color. The FORD logo on the tailgate was hand painted to match how it would have been done in 1970. The interior is in great condition. The only interior apologies include a few minor imperfections that you would expect from a vehicle of this age. We did not paint the interior because it wasn't needed. The metal dash is 100% original and so is the original vinyl flooring. We simply recovered and re-foamed the seats and installed a new headliner and foam dash board. This Bronco drives well. It shifts well through all 3 speeds and has good acceleration. Please call us should you have any questions at 205-821-2497.
