1931 FORD MODEL A DELUX COUPE WITH RUMBLE SEAT You are biding on a 1931 Ford Model A Deluxe Coupe with rumble seat. This is a California car I purchased in 1968 from the original owner who purchased it new in 1931. As the second owner I have the original pink slip. original purchase agreement and photographs of the car taken in 1931 with the original owner in the photograph. In 1976 the car had a frame off professional restoration. It is all Ford original steel. The original engine was also overhauled at that time. The engine has 1837 miles since restoration. The car has been kept in my garage for 39 years. It has four brand new tires with no milage on them. The spare tires has a cover. The colors are original with Chicle Drab on the lower body with Copra Drab on the upper body & reveals. The stripes and wheels are Straw color. The car comes with a set of original tools and the original manual. in book form with the original owners hand written notes in the margins. Features include a smooth running 200 cu in 4 cylinder engine. 3 speed manual transmission-floor mounted. all steel original car. rumble seat with step plates. taupe mohair cloth interior. dual cowl lights. working ahoogah horn. driver’s outside mirror. tilt-out windshield. running board with outside step plates and a new 6 volt optima battery. There are no dents or dings in the body or fenders with the exception of a very slight 2 inch crease in the rumble seat lid. The paint is in remarkably good condition considering it was painted in 1976. I think anyone interested in an original Model "A" would be hard pressed to find a more original car in this good a shape and with a complete history from the day it was purchased.
