Car description

Hello, im selling my 78 Ford F250, I do not drive it a lot and it just sits. I bought the truck as a rolling (75 highboy) chassis ( Cab, frame, axles), and the rest of the body was donated from a very clean 78 ¾ ton with solid fenders and hood, no rust. The truck is registered as a 75 so you don't have to worry about smog. All the metal and body work and paint was done in the summer of 2016. The power and drivetrain came from a 1996 dodge 2500 4x4, it had a little over 163,000 miles on it. The truck had 0 issues mechanically. Motor mounts are from dieselconversion.com and the crossmember and all other work is custom. Here is a small list of everything done and or new on the truck:

New starter, batteries, and alternator

KDP fix and new front cover gasket alone with now oil pan and gasket

165gph raptor lift pump with sump from aftermarket 22 gal. bronco fuel tank (pre and post pump filters)

Southbend dual disc clutch and new hydraulic clutch cylinder

4k gov springs (other than that no pump work)

ARP head studs

Hx35 over S475 compounds with custom made downpipe (5" TBE) and new AFE air filter

Axles are from a 2004 ford F250 that had 90k miles on it:

REAR: Sterling 10.5 axle disc brakes, brand new 6" leaf springs in the rear with custom trac bars

FRONT: Dana 60 with Custom 3 link (Ruffstuffspecilites kit and hymes). Coilovers are 2.5 FOA with reservoir and 3.0 viper springs (14" and 10")

2nd gen intercooler

460 radiator with electric fan

Custom 8.5' flat bed, wood deck, all led lights and powder coat (made easy to take on and off with heavy duty custom mounts and grade 8 bolts)

Custom dash, Summit digital gauges, and custom stainless dash with aux switches and wire harness.

4 Kenwood speakers with amp, and 2 8" JL subs with amp (all run off aux cord)

I still have the original 8 foot bed it just needs some body work and paint, I would be willing to throw that in or sell separate. I have the front bumper I have just yet to install, along with the seatbelts and windshield wipers. There is a small scratch behind the driver side door from someone else's door. I have a quart of paint leftover that I planned on painting the links with, that I will throw in with the truck. Overall it is a great driving truck and rides very well considering the year, and will only get better when all the springs wear in. Has a lot of power potential and very fun to drive, always gets looks. I know there is a lot of stuff I am forgetting but if you have any other questions feel free to email, call, or text. Looking to get 20k obo. Thanks for your time.

FYI: for out of state buyers (or anyone) if you are looking to tow the truck back instead of drive I do have a 7 by 18 foot tandem axle car trailer that I would be willing to sell also. It is a 2013 Verstile flatbed trailer, with tool box, winch mount, two #5500-pound axles with brakes, ramps, loading stabilizer, 4 D rated 275 tires, and comes with spare. Looking to get $3000 for it but willing to negotiate if bought with truck.
