PLEASE read the entire listing before bidding. Thank you...
Up for auction is our all original 1973 Ford Gran Torino 2 door Coupe with less than 129,000 original miles. This baby starts, runs, drives, shifts, stops, and steers really well. It literally needs nothing mechanically and could be used as a daily driver. From Day 1, the new owner can hop in, hit the key, and go with no worries. The stock 351 Windsor V8 motor and automatic transmission run well and have no issues.
She has some blemishes here and there but no dents or damage. No rust on frame or body, some very minor surface rust bleeding through the paint here and there, NO holes or anything serious. Total surface area=3 dime size spots. She's a 44 year old survivor, please don't expect a flawless show winner.
Interior is a 10/10. The original rubber "Torino" floor mats are alive, well, and in-place. The paint looks fine but would look even better with a good polishing/waxing. Vinyl top is a 8/10. Garage kept since new. No horror stories, surprises, or disappointments. I've tried my best to accurately describe the good, bad, and ugly, possibly at my own detriment. I prefer to be honest. It's one hell of a car.
Clean and clear Pennsylvania title. If you've been looking for a "little elderly lady"-owned Torino, search no further. Includes original owners manual and all service records since 1985.
NO RESERVE so highest bidder will win it. Buyer is responsible for any and all shipping costs. However, I will ensure the car is loaded correctly and safely on its way. Cash preferred but PayPal is accepted. $500 non-refundable deposit due within 24 hours of auction close. Balance paid and car picked up within 7 days unless other arrangements are agreed upon.
If you have less than 30 feedback rating, please contact me prior to placing a bid. I've been on eBay for 15 years with 100% feedback so bid with confidence. Good Luck, Thanks for your interest, and Happy Bidding!
