Another round of government restrictions at the end of the 1970's meant that in order to still have muscle the size and weight of the car had to shrink considerably. The Fox body Mustangs became the 3rd generation of the legendary line and ran from 1979 to 1993. These Mustangs popularity carried the historic line through a time when many died off. This 1992 convertible spent the last couple years in Michigan... where it was loved and used on nice dry days to tour the country side. Prior to its stay in Michigan it resided in Indiana for some time. The condition inside outside and underneath reflects the care taken for this pony. This in all stock survivor that is powered by the original 2.3L inline 4 cylinder engine paired with an automatic transmission. It features original wheels original radio power windows power steering air conditioning and power side mirrors. This is a great economical summer toy for the next owner!
