Car description

1971 Ford Bronco Half Cab 4X4, Beautiful !!!

This is a great looking early year example of an Early Bronco. I bought this Bronco about 12 years ago via eBay. I drove it less than 150 miles in that span. It has been kept indoors the whole time. The paint still looks fantastic.

It has the following:

  • 302 Re-manufactured8 Cylinder Engine (less than 100 miles on it)
  • C4 Automatic Transmission
  • Transfer Case (Dana 20)
  • Very Rare Dealer Installed Koenig PTO Wench and Bumper

Since I have owned it, I serviced the following:

  • Added S&S Remanufactured 302 Engine
  • . Added Extreme Motor Mounts
  • . Added Bronco Script Valve Covers
  • Replaced Electrical Wiring and Fuse Box with Painless Kit
  • Added Edelbrock 1403 500 CFM Four Barrel Carburetor
  • Added Edelbrock Performer Polished Intake Manifold
  • . Added Pertronix Billet Distributer
  • . Added Flamethrower 2 Coil
  • . Added Front Disc Brakes
  • . Added Power Brakes
  • . Added Deluxe Quick Ratio Steering
  • . New Flame River Steering Yoke
  • . New Steering Stabilizer
  • . New Stage 1 Suspension Kit
  • . Added Ron Davis Aluminum Radiator A/T
  • . Added Ron Davis Aluminum Radiator Shroud
  • . Added High Output Alternator
  • . Added Gear Reduction Starter
  • . New Hose Kit
  • . New Oil Pan
  • . Added 23 Gallon Fuel Tank
  • . Added Remote Power Door Locks
  • . Added Hydraulic Hood Props
  • . New Billet Optima Battery Tray
  • Owner's Manual and PTO Documentation.
  • . Receipts Binder
  • Numerous Other Misc. New Parts

Open Issues:

  • Hinges can be adjusted for better door alignment (pic)
  • Driver side floor pan has a patch and some pitting. Floor Pans show signs of floor repair with seam sealer. Can be covered up with floor mats. Floor is solid. (pic)
  • One small paint scrape on rear side (pic)
  • Paint Job is not perfect but looks superb. It does have a few micro scratches and bubbling in a couple of spots. (pic)
  • . Small PTO leak. I think that it needs a new bushing.
  • Exhaust is burning rich, needs either a carburetor or timing adjustment to reduce the exhaust smell.

None of the issues impact the drivability. This truck looks great and drives good.

This truck must be picked up at my location, I cannot deliver to a shipping depot.

This vehicle is sold as is where is with no exceptions. I do not express or imply that there is any warranty of any kind on this vehicle. Always best to see vehicle in person in case I missed something.
