This car is being relisted due to non-payment by Michael. from thecarbusiness. in PA. 1963 Galaxie 500 Convertible. 390 Thunderbird engine (with original carburetor). power steering. power brakes. auto transmission with power top. Engine turns by hand -- have not put good battery in it to check operation of top. Odometer shows 94. 22 miles which I believe to be original. Car has never been wrecked and has not been tagged since 1994 or so. Has some rust in trunk and very little in floors. Body has some rust in both quarters although not that bad for age of car and some rust in bottom of both fenders. Right fender is dented. All trim is nice and straight except right front fender. I have the trim piece for the trunk lip. Back seat is also present but not in car. Have ignition key but not key for trunk. All windows in good shape and roll up/down easily. Windshield has a crack. Both doors are very solid and open and close perfectly. No evidence of any rust in rockers. Have original boot for top. Hood and trunk both in very good condition and open and close perfectly. Grill near perfect. Frame is perfect as far as I can see. Will have 4 roller tires on car at time of pick up. Have a clear title for car from last owner dated Feb 1967. Put battery in it and the engine turned over with key. top operates well. wipers work. back up lights work. signal lights and interior lights work. Car for sale locally and may be pulled from eBay if sold locally. $300. 00 non-refundable deposit due 48 hours after end of auction. Can store car for two weeks if necessary if arrangements are made prior. Full payment via cash at time of pick up. Shipping is sole responsibility of new owner.
