The vehicle being offered at auction is a 1966 Mustang 2+2 GT Tribute car. It is the OEM Vintage Burgundy with the black standard interior. I've replaced both full floor pans. the gas tank and sending unit. LH rear quarter panel. interior carpet and upholstery. exhaust system and radiator. I've added: 7 inch American Racing Mags and tires. Edelbrock 600 cfm carb and Performer intake manifold. import and Monte Carlo braces. wood grain steering wheel and tachometer. front disc brake conversion and dual master cylinder and pro portioning valve. Wimbledon White Shelby stripes (correct) and cassette AM/FM radio. The 289 engine runs fine. but the C-4 transmission has a front seal leak. that needs repair. There is no body damage. but the Driver's door and hood need adjusting. Since replacing the LH rear quarter panel. I have not replaced the GT stripe decal. The base coat/clear coat paint job is rough and could use a re spray. There is a slight noise coming from the rear. either wheel bearing or differential. There is no power steering. air conditioning or power brakes. but all three could be added. The steering is "heavy" due to the front end weight. The car is being offered "As/Is. Where/Is" and shipping is the responsibility of the buyer. I require a $500. 00. non-refundable deposit by the winning bidder. with the balance payable by wire transfer. or cashier's check. within ten days of the end of the auction. This car is a good foundation for a restore or daily driver. good luck bidders!
