Time to part out my collection. This 1951 Ford has been maintained in a controlled environment and serviced regularly. It's what's known in the hobby as a "good car". Not a problem car. Starts and runs without fail. Doesn't require much maintenance. Always reliable. Restored in the 1990's this classic is still in very good condition which is a testament to the condition of the car prior to its restoration. Mileage stated is since that time. There has never been any rust, nor is there any now. It is smooth and straight, no fillers or patch panels - all original Ford metal. Even without an overdrive this classic easily cruises at 70 mph. Drives straight and stops straight. Everything works - even radio and wipers. Heater is valved at the engine for summer driving - open the valve and it's toasty. Original ford glass. All the rubber seals are in great condition, tires are good, recently tuned. Duel exhaust for a great 50's sound. Paint color and interior are as it came from the factory except for the front carpet. Flathead is original to the car. 3spd works flawlessly. Accessories; sun visor, skirts are original dealer items. I have driven this classic for several years and it has never let me down. It's always been a local car - prior owner is still available to talk too if desired. Beautiful paint, chrome and interior. Chassis looks just as good. No mechanical issues at all. Comes with approx. $2K worth of spare parts and a cover with the reserve price. Also, a pair of 1951 Pennsylvania plates are registered with the car. All this beauty needs is a new owner who will enjoy years of cruising. A low cost and enjoyable way to get into the hobby. No disappointments and I welcome inspections. I can assist with setting up shipping and/or delivery.
