Second owner (My father was the original owner). Clean title. Matching numbers. Tune-up summer of 2014. Four new tires. Front drum brakes converted to disc brakes. Edelbrock intake manifold and 4 barrel carb (original 2 barrel carb and intake manifold in box and stays with the vehicle). Ignition converted from points/condenser to electronic. New front seat cushions/covers. New dash. New front windscreen. New battery. New starter solenoid. Current paint job is from 1997 (original yellow and decals). Motor runs great (after it's warmed up). Manual choke. Glass packs. MP3 player. Tachometer. Smoke free environment. The bad: If unused several days. it takes 10 seconds or more of cranking to start. then 5 minutes or more to warm up before it runs well. Belt squeals for a half second on initial startup. The transmission makes a faint buzzing noise for the first 5 minutes after starting. This vehicle does NOT have power steering. power brakes. power windows. air conditioning or automatic locks. The sliding cabin heater controls are stiff. but operable. Slow fluid leak (no observable change in any fluid levels over last six months). Scratches around glove box. It has multiple scratches in side windows and chips in the paint. and areas where clear coat is gone. Carpet and floor mat on driver's side is well worn. Some weatherstripping needs replacing. The rear air shocks need to be recharged every few weeks. Manual windows operate fine. but not smoothly. In-dash analog clock inoperative. Minor front left fender bender 20 years ago professionally repaired. Small dent in trunk from backing into trash can 40 years ago professionally repaired. No other accidents. Nice looking and fun classic car. Gets LOTS of looks and compliments. Been in the family since 1971. but I have no time to play with it anymore. Three kids age 5 and under. $500 deposit required.
