Car description |
---|
There are a few finishing touches if you want to turn it into a show pony, some weatherstripping and trim, a lot of these parts I have and just haven't had time to put on. |Just had tilt steering column installed last year.
I'll be sorry to see it go but the family is growing and we need something more inline with the next coming years.
Ask any questions you need before purchasing. Is originally a US car, I bought off E-bay and shipped north. Hasn't seen rain/snow on either side of the border. When I bought it I paid a garage in the US to do an inspection and the owner took it in, and I'd be happy to do the same if you're serious. Pick a shop in Edmonton and I'll be happy to bring it in so you can have 100% piece of mind (inspection is at your cost).
Purchaser is responsible for all shipping. Payment is $1000 deposit by paypal within 48 hours after auction closes, and remainder by bank draft or certified cheque only and must be received within 10 days of auction closing. Deposit is non-refundable if buyer chooses not to complete payment. Please only bid if you have the full intention of completing the sale under the above terms. If you can not financially purchase this car and hope to negotiate partial trades/payment plans/etc after a winning bid - DON'T BID. I've already reported two buyers who have played games like this.
To clarify, this is a clone/tribute - not an original. It was a 1968 mustang convertible that had a professional frame off restoration to shelby specs. Brakes were upgraded to disk, had the wiring recently re-done, new original fog lamps (haven't been wired in yet but that's easy), had a new sequential tail light kit, new door handles, had tilt steering installed last year, etc. etc. etc. there is so much done on this car and I literally have a box full of parts ready to go that there just hasn't been time to get done. It's a shame but life's gotten busy and I haven't had the time for projects for a couple of years. For someone looking to to the final touches you could turn this head turner into a car show winner.
