Car description

1969 MUSTANG

SUPER LOW MILEAGE @ 71259. Mileage may go up a little as I use it. Marti report shows an interesting past! It was bought new "CIVIC & GOV AFFAIRS VEHICLE" down in the Los Angeles area where it remained all its life until I got it. That is probably the reason it is rust free and has its ORIGINAL body panels. After a few years of use it was stored for 25 years or so. The person running the storage facility bought it and kept it until his death. His son inherited it. The son lost control of the car thru divorce and a close friend of his bought it and brought it back to life. The last owner before me did a lot of repairs/updated and he fell ill sohe sold the Mustang to me. Now I wish to sell to move on to my heartthrob...a Cobra kit car (preferable a Factory 5). Here is the option list from Marti Report:

-Trim Variation (that is 7AA on door tag) .

-White Manual Top w/glass backlight (last owner made power)

-Visibility Group

-F70 x 14 Wide Oval Belted White Sidewall tires

-Console

-Power Steering

-Tilt-away Steering Wheel

-Power Front Disc Brakes

-Interior Décor Group-Deluxe

-Air Conditioner-SelectAire

-AM Radio (has a factory AM/FM in it now)

-Deluxe Belts/Warning Light

-Chrome Styled steel Wheels

-Front Bumper Guards (have no idea where they are)

Anyway this car was produced in the color of Acapulco Blue but the last owner had it disassembled and painted Indian Fire. Car was built 1/29/1969 and is 1 of 35 in its original color! It has a 351 4 bbl engine. Note the super Rare Tilt wheel with Rim Blow horn!!

On Jun-24-17 at 17:02:27 PDT, seller added the following information:

OK, I feel the need to state this for everyone due to questions. I will not discuss price by email or phone. Price will be given in a face-to-face situation only. So if you want to come to Lexington and see in person please make your arrangements. You won't find a car in this condition easily! after auction I may reconsider this strategy but for now lets go with it's an auction.

On Jun-27-17 at 04:53:03 PDT, seller added the following information:

Ebayer "rjgeneral23" believes he has spotted an early Hollywood appearance of this car on Adam 12. Check out this link from 22:36 min to 25.01 min:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BBPDXjRnxrA&list=PLHat9OEqFwPHEkOEVvh4AaGZWSuj0MJvR

Notice he puts down a manual top car with deluxe interior and no extra exterior chrome. That was original color. Notice engine size emblem on fender. Remember this car is 1 of 35 optioned like this, so just maybe this is true? I have no way to prove. Makes for an interesting conversation though.
