1988 Ford Mustang GT Black 5 speed manual
I have had this car for about 3 years. It used to be my daily driver until i got a 2016 for Mustang. I haven't been using it since about a year ago. I only use it to move it once a week when the neighborhood street sweeper comes around.
The vehicle runs good, only issue is that the second gear sometimes struggles to go in. It will go in but it makes a crackling noise. I usually got from 1 to 3rd gear. The speedometer is also not working.
On the outside it has several cosmetic issues. The most obvious one is the paint fading/chipping. (as seen in photos). The vehicle also has some body damage from previous fender benders, causing paint chipping/damage. The odometer reads 30,225 but it should be 130,225. The sound in the vehicle is not so good. The wiring is a little off. I had a sub woofer connected. It has pioneer speakers in the panels. With some wire work it could be sounding real nice again.
Interior has some chips and rust but looks okay.
The vehicle is sold as is. It is running good, and has recently passed its smog check. As of June 2017.
I wanted to fix this car up when i initially got it but I never got around to it. With some time this could be a nice project car. I am only getting rid of it because I do not have use for it. I have a new mustang and that's the only car i drive. I am not in too much of a hurry to get rid of it since it's a nice collectible car and it is running nice with low miles. The vehicle is sold as is and there are no returns.
