Car description |

Imagine getting in a 107 year car and driving it down the street just like any other car! This car is a time machine. Fully restored about 50 years ago, and still looks great. Runs well, drives very well. The engine was updated to a 1927 model with electric start! After restoration, the car sat till a few months ago, when we took it out of storage, and did numerous repairs to get it running and driving well. This car draws a crowd...great parade car...fun to drive.
The surrey top design was a modification at restoration. Ford never built this model. It is a one-off car, It still has the brass kerosene lights. The paint (excluding the back of the rear seat) is remarkably nice. The brass is all there but needs polishing. Upholstery is quote good. The all white tires are adorable and in good condition. The wood wheels are all excellent (and extremely rare, nowadays).
This car is offered at NO RESERVE! High bidder at close of auction owns the car. Nothing held back.
You have to agree, it's strikingly good looking, and it draws thumbs up, whistles, and all sorts of attention as you drive down the street. Although the controls are nothing like later cars, it is extremely simple to drive, and complete instructions for driving and maintenance come with the car. This is a California car whic, until recently, hasn't seen the light of day for almost 50 years. No rust. No serious leaks. Good brakes. Excellent transmission. Strong engine. And cute as can be!! We have a clear, fresh California title in hand, and the vehicle is on a non-op. Call me for more information, if you wish. Al Jennings 310-500-6574. You need this car!
