Car description

Hello Ebay! Take a look at a very special opportunity to own a super sharp and unique 1980 Ford F-100 Reg Cab Step-side. From top to bottom this truck has been extensively gone through with frame-off restoration and many custom pieces that make this F-100 simply one of a kind.. There has been big money and hundreds of hours of labor invested in creating this
custom F-100 that truly makes a statement when you pull in the drive-way or the local cruise-in. All of the work and customization wer...e completed professionally with no expense spared. This F-100 was built over a period of time in the late 90's and early 2000's
A collector had a vision of creating his dream truck and he customized.. special ordered and fabricated untill that dream became a reality... Once completed.. the truck simply sat in his garage and was hardly driven.. less than 2,000 miles has put on this truck since completion.. When I first saw the truck.. I thought ok.. just a F-100 with a cool paint job... but then I began to look around it.. I put in on my hoist.. I drove the truck to a local
cruise-in and I have a much better understanding and appreciation for this F-100... it is
absolutely beautiful inside and out and I have had many Ford enthusiasts compliment the truck and the quality of the build. This is a frame-off truck that truly is a conversation piece.. once you check out the pics and read the ad.. you will realize that this is a one of a kind truck. I have taken it to the local cruise at Gilmore's Car Museum.. and I was just completely shocked on the amount of compliments that I received.
Please review all pics and feel free to ask any and all questions.. message.. text.. call..
we are here to make this a positive experience for all parties involved. This is a hard truck to describe and I am trying to complete the description to the best of my ability. I have many references for the truck who were present during periods of the trucks build..
please...please ask all questions.
The body is 100% rust free... laser straight and looks great from any angle.. no dents..
no dings.. door handles are shaved and doors open and close with ease. This is a frame-off
restoration... every nut and bolt has been gone though professionally. Floors.. truck bed..
frame.. all look just as good or if not better than the top-side of this Pick-up. I tried to
take detailed underside pictures.. if anyone would like anything specific.. please let me know.
The paint looks very sharp from any distance.. I am normally not a huge custom paint
enthusiast.. but I really love the color and the flames on this F-100. Looks like a million
dollars driving down the road.. the paint does show a couple little flaws.. has a small handful of pen-tip sized paint chips. Overall I rate the paint a 7 out of 10
Interior on this F-100 is in really nice condition.. very minimal wear.. aftermarket A1C bucket seating, still uses factory seat belts.. manual windows and locks.. custom fabricated sub-woofer box.. Platinum DB Drive 10" sub-woofers.. also equipped with a Kenwood KVT-715 flip-up .dvd. All gauges and tachometer work properly.
The engine is a Roush crate engine 351 C.I. Windsor with propane injection.. My knowledge of propane injection is limited.. over all the years of being in the business I have never had a specialty vehicle that was propane powered.. engine was 410 horsepower from the crate before the addition of propane injection. The truck starts right up with zero issues.. sounds awesome with great throttle response.. The transmission is a Ford 4-OD (4-SPEED AUTOMATIC)... shifts very smooth and goes through all the gears with ease.. this is a very enjoyable truck to drive.. front-end suspension is very tight.. handles the road extremely well.
Tires are Pirelli tires with 17" MB Wheels... tires have aprox 2000 miles on them and the wheels are in excellent shape..
Also comes equipped with a aftermarket air horn (chrome tank, underneath bed in pics)
Overall this is one awesome 1980 Ford F-100... If you are looking for a pick-up that stands out from the everyday crowd.. something that you can drive with confidence.. have the only one at the cruise-in and receive compliments anywhere you travel... well this is the truck for you!! Once again.. please ask any and all questions.. We are a family owned and operated
dealership serving the Battle Creek, MI area since 1979.. we are here to help and make this an awesome experience for everyone involved.
