1987 ford escort 24,000 miles

This car has been parked indoor for years. It currently isn't running don't know what it would take to get it running being it has sat so long.it does spin freely though. Was parked around 1997 and sat sense. My great aunt bought the car new and only drove when she absolutely had too. The car is almost completely flawless other then 3 spots of some surface rust the biggest spot is pictured . The paint is 9 out of 10 interior is 9 out of 10. I know it's a 87 ford escort but still a 30yr old car with 24,000 miles and close to like new condition. I just have to much going on or I would put a little time/money into it.
