69 ford mustang

Description

1969 Mustang Base, automatic, V8 351 with automatic transmission. Car had been sitting since very early 90's. Carb has been rebuilt, fuel tank sending unit and fuel line is new, brake shoes, wheel cylinders, brake hoses and rear brake lines are new. It has had an extensive complete brake job. This is an original A/C, power steering car withAM radio, clock actually works!

I bought this car on ebayrecently together with two other Mustangs I willlist in coming days for a customer of mine in Europe who would refurbish, restore, fix and sell them. Sadly the gentleman has passed on and the family doesn't wish to continue his Mustang cult.

When the car arrived at our destination it still had 4 bias ply tires from yesteryear on it ( when was the last time you saw a bias ply tire?) and they were extremely dry rotted and cracked, therefore we put 4 brand new Hancook tires on it which are whitewalls. From the previous sellers description: Front frame rails have extensive rust. Miles are 60xxx are believed to be true actual miles (Why? look at the dash, vinyl top and original upholstery). The dashboard is intact, no cracks or warps, only a speaker which was installed in place of the original speaker, the vinyl top appears to be original and has no tears or rips that I can see. Engine runs strong and sounds nice, no oil leaks,tranny appears to shift ok, however due to it not having current registration and a valid tag we have not driven it other than on our lot. Glass is all ok and no cracks visible, upholstery is original and only the unsewn seam of the drivers seat is what I would say is irregular about it.

I have a clean title for it. This auction will run as a no reserve auction!
