Pretty rough old convertible. It does have the critical parts such as the correct "X" frame, and the top bows. One of the support rods on the bows is missing on one side. It's kind of a lazy "S" shaped thing. It is a roller, and it steers. When I bought it, it had a damaged windshield frame. I cut the "A" pillar elbows out of a crown victoria and tacked them into place. The top cap will still need to be welded in if your plan is to fix this car back up. I was on my way to building into a daily driver/hot rod, but plans have changed. No title, but I have a Bill of Sale from the wrecking yard it sat in for over twenty years, and it is a bonded yard. I do have the cowl tag, I just had to remove it to start to install the A pillar pieces. The codes break down like this: 76B VA R 23 C 4502.-D. If you have questions, please just ask.
