Car description

I have to sell my 1931 Ford Model A 5 Window coupe. I owned it with my dad since the early 70's. I am having a hard time parting with it as it was my dad's and he is not with us anymore. I am moving to Florida with no place to put it. It has always been well maintained. In the past 18 months it had a complete clutch replaced, new wiring harness, new generator, new starter, coil, battery, points, plugs, cap, rotor, Plug wires, tube shocks, new exhaust, belt, motor mount, new running boards, new Ford script step plates, new horn (3 years) complete hydraulic brake system, ( only 2 things not stock but makes car safer) I have a brand new LeBarron Bonney interior in a box I am hoping to have installed before sale, if not it comes in box. Tires are about 5 years old but only have 100 miles on them. What I wrote in odometer reading is totally false, in 86 years I have no idea what is on the car. I can tell you that we only drive car locally and in over 40 years maybe drove the car 1,000 miles. EBay wanted a number so I put in a guess mileage. Lots of new parts from Mac's. Engine original and runs great, I also have a rumble seat vinyl covered bottom & back with all hinges and adapters for change from trunk if you want. These cars are the easiest cars on planet to restore, keep running and get parts for. Easier than any new car. It is a fun car. Down side- no rust but some lacquer cracking so it will need some paint (no body) work on a few small panels. This is a late 1931 Coupe and one of the most desirable of the run after the cabriolet. The 32 Coupe is designed from this car. I hope that whoever buys it, keeps it stock as a piece of history. I am selling it as described but as-is. It is an 86 year old car and I cannot guarantee anything except you will get what I described! It is solid. If you want, I can include service manuals before I sell them separately. Good luck, thanks for looking. My feedback should speak for itself.Remember again, I have owned this car over 40 years and know what it has gone through. I will think about any reasonable offers as it must be sold by the end of July. Buyer must pay for and make arrangements to pick up and ship the car.
